What you get

No hardware

Print a QR poster, stick it on the stall, and you're trading. No EFTPOS terminal, no card reader, no cables.

Multi-payment

Cash, PayID, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay in one flow. The customer picks; you get a clean record either way.

Five-minute setup

Sign up, list a product, take a payment. Most sellers are live in the time it takes to make a coffee.

How it works

For your customer

  1. Scans the QR code on your stall poster with their phone.
  2. Adds items to the cart, sees a running total.
  3. Pays by cash, PayID, or card (Apple Pay / Google Pay included).
  4. Confirms — and walks away with a receipt at a link they can keep.

For you

  1. Sign up, name your stall, set a PayID and accepted methods.
  2. Add your products with prices and (optionally) photos.
  3. Print the QR poster from the dashboard and put it on the stall.
  4. Watch sales land in your dashboard in real time.

For card, Apple Pay or Google Pay payments, you'll set up a Stripe account through our signup flow — Stripe is the licensed payment provider that processes the cards and pays the funds to your bank. Cash and PayID don't require Stripe at all.

Pricing — no surprises

Subscription

$7 / month per stall

Flat fee, regardless of volume. Free for the first 30 days — no $7 / month charge until day 31. Cancel any time.

Card transactions

2.5% + $0.30 per card payment

Covers Stripe processing plus the Mantis platform fee. Stripe is the licensed payments provider; we route through them.

Cash & PayID

No fee

Mantis Checkout never sees those funds — the money moves directly between you and the customer.

About the trial: only the $7 / month subscription is waived during the 30 days. Per-transaction card fees (2.5% + $0.30) still apply on each card sale during the trial — they cover Stripe's processing plus the Mantis platform fee on each transaction. Cash and PayID stay zero-fee always.

Sellers can choose to pass the card surcharge on to customers, in line with ACCC rules. The surcharge mirrors the platform fee and never exceeds your actual cost of acceptance.
